Executive Director

As Executive Director, Perry Lofquist oversees the management of the agency’s programs, services, and staff. With over 30 years social service experience, many of those working within affordable housing, Perry knows the importance of collaboration to create safe and stable affordable housing communities rich in opportunities for children and families. Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in community service and psychology from Bemidji State University and a master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. In his free time, Perry enjoys spending time with his family, the great outdoors and traveling to new places.

Development Officer

As Development Officer, Kris Ziegler is responsible for grant management, the annual individual donor campaign, program evaluations, and marketing. With over 10 years of fundraising experience, Kris enjoys locating and applying for funding that furthers of agency’s goals of creating safe and stable affordable housing communities chalked full of opportunities for children. Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from St. Catherine University and a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her husband, two children, and two very old dogs.
